Cost-driving actions pause until you top up or credits reset at the start of the next billing cycle. Searching and filtering always remain available on any plan.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and the difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Yes. Annual billing is available on all plans and saves the equivalent of two months compared to monthly billing. Annual plans are invoiced upfront.
